I decided to blog my personal food diary. The idea behind this method comes for the If It Fits Your Macros website. I don't worry about calories as much as hitting the macros: fats, proteins, and carbs within a 5 measurement range. Come read about my struggles of logging and eating IIFYM method.
I have included the categories found on my fitness pal. I made the macros I'm concerned with bold.
I try to post Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks separately. My food presentation is horrible.
