It's a Sandwich kinda day for me. Normally I keep my sandwiches to lunch only, but since I upped my carbs ....yea, sandwiches. AND it's Saturday :) No more dirty dishes for this cook than necessary.

....yea, yesterday's breakfast of french toast with strawberry topping and oatmeal with protein powder and almond milk, spiced with cinnamon, was waaaayyyyyy too yummy. Gotta have it this morning. Last night, my mouth was watering just thinking about having it again this morning

You will notice I added 1/2 cup more of oatmeal because I had extra milk left over, when I made it yesterday. I doubled my strawberries, as well, because I wanted more for my oatmeal. I won't normally post the meals I make with my ingredients so that anything can be created from the ingredients.

The second I don't consider a snack, but I have a hard time hitting my macro carbs. I did not calculate the spaghetti sauce because I make it from tomato paste and water it down with water and spices....comes out to very few macros of any sort.

Don't mind the Tilapia is farm raised. I thought I was buying wild caught. Either way, my husband and I don't like fish to begin with and Tilapia is down on the bottom of our preferences, as well. Hope you can read the protein label. It's 21g for the Tilapia. Sorry you can barely see my pathetic onion on the bottom of the picture too, lol. It's almost gone.
