Snacks F4, P46, C105

Not gonna lie. I cringe over the second snack :/ Here it goes. Post-workout snack is from Dashing Dish. My first shake I ever made from her site. Sorry for the horrible picture, ha, ha. Like I said, I don't do food presentation.

The second I don't consider a snack, but I have a hard time hitting my macro carbs. I did not calculate the spaghetti sauce because I make it from tomato paste and water it down with water and spices....comes out to very few macros of any sort.
