Lunch F9, P38, C78

Don't mind the Tilapia is farm raised. I thought I was buying wild caught. Either way, my husband and I don't like fish to begin with and Tilapia is down on the bottom of our preferences, as well. Hope you can read the protein label. It's 21g for the Tilapia. Sorry you can barely see my pathetic onion on the bottom of the picture too, lol. It's almost gone.

2 C Spinach
4 oz Tilapia
5/6 C Qunioa (yes, there will be some crazy measurements for hitting macros)
1 oz Onion

Salt and Pepper and other spices to taste.
P.S. you're supposed to measure you food in grams, but that simply does not work with my patience at this time.
